Workshops cover:
• Posture - how to run with good posture to prevent injury and reduce unnecessary effort.
• Lean – how to reduce impact and allow gravity to take you forwards by leaning from your ankles.
• Heel Lift – how to take the workload off your legs and feet by simply picking up your heels to keep up with your forward fall.
• Arm Swing – how to swing your arms efficiently to maintain balance and momentum in your running.
• Cadence – how to stay light on your feet and maintain a steady rhythm by keeping your foot turnover quick and consistent.
• Practice – an opportunity to put all the above into practice with support and guidance.
• Useful tips for incorporating the ChiRunning techniques into your running programme.
