Attend a Workshop


A great way to learn the ChiRunning technique is to come along to one of our workshops. We limit numbers to twelve attendees so you get plenty of individual attention. Contrary to what you might imagine, we don't do lots of running so it doesn't matter what condition you are in - our workshops are suitable for all levels of runners.

Our workshops run from 10.30am to 4pm and cover the following:-

  • Posture - how to run with good posture to prevent injury and improve your running efficiency.
  • Lean - how to reduce impact and allow gravity to pull you forwards by leaning from your ankles.
  • Ankle Lift - how to take the workload off your legs and feet.
  • Arm Swing - how to swing your arms efficiently to maintain balance and momentum in your running.
  • Cadence - how to maintain a steady rhythm by having a constant foot turnover rate.
  • Gears and stride length - how to increase or decrease speed by adjusting your lean and stride length.
  • Loosening exercises to get your body ready to run.
  • Useful tips for incorporating the ChiRunning techniques into your running programme.
  • Opportunity to put all the above into practice with support and guidance from two qualified ChiRunning Instructors.


Cost: £100. We give a 10% discount for bookings of two or more people.
